This was an undesired order due to a supplier's mistake.  We ordered left hand, left nose  grooving carbide inserts and we received right hand grooving carbide inserts. The supplier offered us a discount not to open a dispute, and to keep unnecessary inserts, promising they will shipp the correct inserts. We paid and wait. Guess what: we received left hand inerts, not left nose, but neutral.  Service： very disapponting; the supplier came with silly explanations. Take care, buyers!
